Zumtobel koncentruje swoje wysiłki na poznaniu najnowszych trendów oraz na kwestii dotyczącej tego, jak nowoczesne oświetlenie może odpowiedzieć na potrzeby użytkownika.

Nowoczesne, przyjazne i wygodne do życia miasto z wyjątkową, zieloną przestrzenią publiczną – taki już niedługo będzie kwartał Warszawy pomiędzy ulicami Towarową, Pańską i Miedzianą. Powstaną tu biura, mieszkania na sprzedaż i wynajem, a także lokale gastronomiczne i usługowe. Pamiątką po przemysłowej spuściźnie Woli będzie publicznie dostępny Park Słowa Polskiego, zaprojektowany według nowatorskiego pomysłu, z drzewami przerastającymi dawne hale produkcyjne. Najnowsza inwestycja Echo Investment i AFI Europe w stolicy powstała na deskach pracowni JEMS.

Hala Koszyki – drzwi do świetności

Jednym z bardzo ciekawych wyzwań, które zrealizowaliśmy wspólnie z pracownią JEMS Architekci w naszej wieloletniej historii, było doskonale znane i popularne miejsce w Warszawie – Hala Koszyki. W 2012 r. f irma G riffin Real E state k upiła stojący na ponad hektarowej działce zabytkowy budynek niszczejącej hali handlowej. Inwestor postanowił podarować temu budynkowi drugie życie i przywrócić Koszykom dawną świetność. Jako że był to jednak obiekt zabytkowy, wszystko musiało zostać zaprojektowane pod czujnym okiem konserwatora zabytków i przy jego akceptacji.

A modern, friendly and comfortable city to live in, with exceptional green public space—such will soon be the block in Warsaw between Towarowa, Pańska and Miedziana streets. Offices, apartments for sale and rent, as well as food and service establishments will be built here. The publicly accessible Polish Word Park, designed according to an innovative idea, with trees overgrowing the former production halls, will become a memento of Wola’s industrial legacy. The latest project by Echo Investment and AFI Europe in the capital was designed by JEMS studio.

Hala Koszyki Warsaw/Poland

One of the very interesting challenges that we have completed together with the JEMS Architekci design studio in our long history was a well-known and popular place in Warsaw - Hala Koszyki. In 2012, the historic building of a deteriorating shopping hall, standing on a plot of over one hectare, was bought by Griffin Real Estate. The investor decided to give this building a second life and restore Hala Koszyki to its former glory. However, because it was a historic building, everything had to be designed under the watchful eye of the conservator and with his approval.

It is responsible for the first impression and also reveals details that contribute to the overall experience. The way architecture approaches the matter of lighting in buildings is of particular significance, especially in the context of office spaces. This is due to the changing perception of such spaces by employees in the post-COVID period and the imperative to enhance their appeal. Zumtobel is dedicated to gaining insights into the latest trends and exploring how modern lighting can cater to the evolving needs of users.

Nowy Rynek E is the office building of the largest Skanska office complex in Poland. Ultimately, its usable area is to be over 100,000 sq m. The building is located at the intersection of the most important communication lines in the capital of Greater Poland, and thanks to bus and tram connections, you can reach it quickly and comfortably from various parts of the city.
