One of the very interesting challenges that we have completed together with the JEMS Architekci design studio in our long history was a well-known and popular place in Warsaw – Hala Koszyki. In 2012, the historic building of a deteriorating shopping hall, standing on a plot of over one hectare, was bought by Griffin Real Estate. The investor decided to give this building a second life and restore Hala Koszyki to its former glory. However, because it was a historic building, everything had to be designed under the watchful eye of the conservator and with his approval.

This is due to the changing perception of such spaces by employees in the post-COVID period and the imperative to enhance their appeal. Zumtobel is dedicated to gaining insights into the latest trends and exploring how modern lighting can cater to the evolving needs of users.

Nowy Rynek E is the office building of the largest Skanska office complex in Poland. Ultimately, its usable area is to be over 100,000 sq m. The building is located at the intersection of the most important communication lines in the capital of Greater Poland, and thanks to bus and tram connections, you can reach it quickly and comfortably from various parts of the city.

Często te techniczne rozwiązania wymagają większych interwencji technologicznych, potencjalnie powodując nowe wyzwania lub zużywając więcej zasobów. Jednocześnie zanika podstawowa koncepcja architektury jako sztuki konstruowania trwałych, prostych i uniwersalnych struktur. Kultura budowlana, która harmonizuje użyteczność, formę, materiał i otoczenie, jest stopniowo zastępowana przez „systemy” zależne od złożonej technologii, usprawnionych procesów funkcjonalnych i zewnętrznych źródeł energii.
